Neon Rivals（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いを説明します。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、利用者の情報を収集しません。氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・端末の識別子などを、運営者や第三者のサーバーへ送ることはありません。

2. Game Center

本アプリは Game Center を使いません。

3. 端末の中に保存する情報

勝ち数の記録と設定（効果音・振動・将棋の持ち時間）は、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存されます。アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も削除されます。

4. 購入について

Pro（買い切り）の購入と復元は Apple の App Store の仕組みで行われ、支払い情報を本アプリが受け取ることはありません。

5. 広告・解析

本アプリは広告を表示せず、解析ツールや追跡（トラッキング）も使用しません。

6. 第三者への提供

本アプリは情報を収集しないため、第三者へ提供する情報はありません。

Neon Rivals ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect any information about you. Nothing such as your name, email address, location or device identifiers is sent to us or to any third party.

2. Game Center

The App does not use Game Center.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

Your win records and settings (sound, vibration, shogi clock) are stored only on your device. Deleting the App deletes them.

4. Purchases

The one-time Pro purchase and restore are handled by Apple's App Store. The App never receives your payment information.

5. Ads and Analytics

The App shows no ads and uses no analytics or tracking.

6. Third Parties

Because the App collects no information, there is nothing to share with third parties.
